Report Publication

The Inquiry's final report will be published at 11am on Wednesday 4  September 2024. The report will be available to read on the Inquiry’s website from this time.

To mark the event, the Panel will make a brief public statement introducing the report. This will take place at 11am (doors will open at 10am) at Dorland House (formerly 13 Bishops Bridge Road), 121 Westbourne Terrace, London W2 6BU.

This event will be open to the public on a first come first served basis. Unfortunately, we are

unable to reserve places. Filming and recording will not be permitted in the venue but the

statement will be live streamed to the Inquiry’s Youtube channel.

Publication of documents

Following the conclusion of hearings for Phase 2, the Inquiry team is undertaking a sweep-up and publication process and will continue to publish documents on the website.

Community drop-in sessions

These sessions are an opportunity for members of the public to learn more about the Inquiry process and to ask any questions that they may have for members of the Inquiry team. There will be a drop-in session after publication of the report. Details will be available on the Inquiry website nearer the time.
